Shipping & Returns

You will receive an email when your order ships. If you have further questions, please contact us for tracking numbers and details about your shipment. Shipping charges are the actual amount paid by Apollo Caster plus a small amount to cover packaging materials.

Most orders (about 90%) ship within eight business hours. Another 6-8% ship within 3 business days. Very few orders take longer. In those cases, it is possible to ship part of the order right away and back order the rest.

On each product's information page, a "usually ships in..." statement is included indicating how fast the item can ship. This indicates the order processing time, not the travel time. The actual shipping time will be additional depending on your location relative to our warehouse.

If you select an expedited shipping method, it will give your order priority so that it will be processed and shipped sooner. Domestic expedited shipping methods are any method except for USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. If you select and pay for an expedited shipping method, your order will nearly always ship within 24 hours. If you then cancel the order, a $25 expedite-cancellation fee will be charged.

Apollo Caster charges just a small amount over the actual freight to cover the packaging supplies. Freight is not a profit center for ACI: it's only meant to break-even.

You will get a freight estimate before checking out and without requiring an account. Just add the items to your cart (no login required) and enter your postal code when prompted. UPS and USPS are the favored shipping services and freight-collect is also available for a small charge (since carriers may charge a pickup fee).

If you need to return some or all of your purchases, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA). A re-stocking fee will usually be charged depending on the quantity and type of products involved. It can range from 15% to 30% depending on the nature and size of the items being returned. For instance, the restock fee on a small order will often be 30% while the restock for larger orders will often be less.

Images: Please note that product photos are representations only. An item received that does not look exactly like the item pictured is not grounds for a waiver of a restock fee so long as the product specifications are listed accurately and the fit, form and function are met. If the specific appearance is critical for your application, it is wise to call and discuss prior to placing an order.

This is particularly true in regard to product shades and colors. Considerable variations of colors may result depending on the lighting in the photo and the color calibration of your screen. Only if there is color specified in the descripion, such as blue, and the product is an entirely different color, such as red, will a waiver of the restock fee be considered. If specific color is critical to your application, it is prudent for you to communicate that before ordering.
