Step 2 of 3 - Payment Information

This page shows your order summary and allows you to provide payment information.

If you have a discount coupon, you may enter it in the Redemption Code box.

Select your payment method by selecting a credit card type and entering information, or selecting Check/Money Order or "Invoice."

• Credit cards: Credit cards are not charged until the item is shipped. Credit card information is not retained with the site for added security.
• Check/Money Order: Your order will be held as 'Pending' until your check is received and clears. 
• Invoice: If your firm has an account with Apollo Caster, you can select this option and you will be sent an invoice upon shipment.  Please add a purchase order number in the 'Special Instructions' box.

If you are interested in establishing an account with Apollo Caster, please provide credit information via mail, fax or email.  If you are located in Indiana and exempt from sales tax, please provide a sales tax exemption certificate.
